🔁 Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
- Products must be in resalable condition with all included accessories or documentation.
- Custom or personalized products are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or installed shells/covers that show signs of use
- Custom-colored or custom-sized accessories
- Gift cards
- Discounted clearance items (unless defective)
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or faulty item? Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll need:
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo or video showing the defect/damage
- Your order number
We’ll work quickly to offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.
📦 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@customgaming.com with your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) if applicable
We will reply within 48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
🌍 International Returns
Customers outside of North America are responsible for all return shipping charges, including duties and taxes if applicable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safe delivery.
